Weekly Activities
Note. All rides depart from outside the Club HQ Den Engel Belgian Bar, Stanley Street, Leek
at the stated time unless otherwise indicated.
Monday and Wednesday - Informal Evening Rides - Meet 6.15pm
Saturday - Informal Afternoon Rides - Dep. 1.00pm
Sunday - Steady Ride - Dep. 9.00am
Monday - Meet outside Den Engel for an informal evening ride. Note these are not training rides but will adopt a steady pace suitable for all abilities. Note participants must be 18+ years old.
Wednesday - Meet outside Den Engel. Steady ride of about 30 miles depending on conditions. Higher than average pace may not be suitable for new riders. Note participants must be 18+ years old.
Saturday - These are very informal rides
which may or may not take place. It all depends on who is racing the next
day. Best to post a message on the Club forum to see who is going out first.
Sunday - Normally a racing day during the
summer season but there is
often a steady ride departing from outside Den Engel.
During the winter months there will be a Club Run also departing from outside the Club Head Quarters.
Again, it is best to check the Club Run forum to see what is going on.
